Welcome to Leadger ("we," "our," "us"). Leadger is a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) platform built specifically for freelancers to manage leads, clients, projects, and invoices. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of leadger.xyz and all related tools and services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Leadger.

2. Who Can Use Leadger

Leadger is designed for independent freelancers, consultants, and solo service providers to manage their own client relationships. You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use the Service.

3. Your Account

To use Leadger's core CRM features, you need to create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete information during signup.
  • Keeping your login credentials confidential.
  • All activity that happens under your account.
  • Notifying us immediately at support@leadger.xyz if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Your Data and Your Clients' Data

As a freelancer using Leadger, you will likely store information about your own clients and leads (such as names, emails, project details, or payment status) within the platform. You confirm that:

  • You have the right to collect and store this client data.
  • You will use it only for legitimate business purposes related to your freelance work.
  • You are responsible for complying with any privacy laws that apply to your own clients (such as obtaining consent where required).

Leadger acts as a tool to help you organize this data — we do not verify or take responsibility for the accuracy of the client information you enter.

5. Free Tools Disclaimer

Leadger also offers free CRM-related tools and calculators (such as Lead Score Calculator, Customer Lifetime Value Calculator, and Sales Conversion Rate Calculator) for informational purposes only. Results are estimates based on the inputs you provide and should not be treated as financial, legal, or business advice.

6. Subscription and Payments

Some features of Leadger may be offered under a paid subscription plan. If you subscribe to a paid plan:

  • You agree to pay all applicable fees as described at the time of purchase.
  • Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
  • We may change pricing with prior notice to existing subscribers.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Leadger to:

  • Store or send spam, unlawful, or harmful content to your leads/clients.
  • Violate any applicable data protection or communication laws (such as anti-spam laws when emailing clients).
  • Attempt to access another user's account or data without authorization.
  • Reverse engineer, resell, or white-label the Leadger platform without written permission.
  • Interfere with the security, stability, or performance of the Service.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, design, branding, and software related to Leadger, including our free tools, are the property of Leadger or its licensors. You retain full ownership of the client and business data you input into the platform.

9. Data Backup and Loss

While we take reasonable steps to protect and back up your data, you are encouraged to maintain your own backups of critical client and project information. Leadger is not liable for any loss of data due to technical issues, outages, or factors beyond our reasonable control.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Leadger shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including lost clients, lost revenue, or lost data — arising from your use of the Service or decisions made using our tools.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, misuse the platform, or engage in activity that harms Leadger, other users, or their clients. You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Leadger after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
